Bio

GoodFischer is the alias of directors-couple Daniel Bontempo and Nicole Fischer, joining their forces to deliver a unique mix of creativity and world-class production capabilities.

Daniel started his career as an editor before emerging in Europe as a director working with renowned production studios in Lisbon, London and Berlin. His films are recognised for their distinct type of humour, Daniel’s strong post-production work and use of live action.

Throughout his career, Daniel has developed work for companies and advertising agencies in Brazil and abroad, including DM9DDB, TBWA, Y&R, Ogilvy and BBDO.

Nicole kicked off her career directing campaigns within the production department of ad agency Mutato, part of the WPP group. She went on to grow her name and reputation directing films for clients such as Avon, Netflix, Coca Cola, Claro and Vigor, and several campaigns for McDonald’s. Among them, the “Méqui” campaign, which won a Black Star at the Brazilian Festival of Creation.

Her work is acknowledged for its visual appeal and special attention to the direction of the actors on the scene; a skill she’s acquired through her background and education in scenic arts.

Together, the pair produces cutting-edge creative work that unites two strong creative perspectives within a bespoke approach tailored to every project.
